To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. We are closed on these holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day and Christmas.
Same Day Delivery
If you order by noon, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday. If an order is received after noon, we will try our best to deliver that afternoon, but cannot guarantee it. Â For same day delivery on Saturday please order by 10:00AM on Saturday. If your order is going to a business please tell us the name of the business.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. We are normally able to deliver between 8AM - Noon or Noon - 5PM. You many request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you need flowers delivered by a specific time..like before 10AM or between 3-5PM, then please call the order into us with your request. If your order is going to a business, please tell us the name of the business.
Normal delivery times are 9am-5pm daily.
These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will look it up for you. We normally contact the funeral home anyway to verify the time of the viewing. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing we will change the delivery date to the day of the viewing.
High schools do not accept deliveries for students.
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.
If no one is home
Depending on the delivery location and the weather, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our delivery person may or may not leave your flowers outside. During extreme cold or hot weather we cannot leave flowers outside. Delivery to Apartments cannot be left outside of the apartment door. We need the phone number of the receipient to help us with delivery.
If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was made, the customer assumes responsibility for the purchase.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Email changes or cancellations are NOT accepted. To cancel or change an order that has not all ready been processed, please call immediately. All changes or cancellations MUST be verbal.
Recipient may be contacted
In most cases, we will call the recipient to ensure that someone will be home to accept the delivery. If your order is going to a business, please tell us the name of the business.
