We 300 miles away and our daughter is doing a Residency at UMMC in Pharmacy. Her birthday is on Valentine’s Day. We have never missed giving her flowers EVER. Well I almost forgot and placed an order within 24 hours through the online store. Didn’t get a receipt bc I forgot to request and so I wasn’t sure if it went through. It also did not show up as Pending on the bank account. So We we Seeating it out. Sure enough, you guys came through and the flowers found her work space in that hospital. She Absolutely Lovves them and says they smell so good she can Smell them coming down the corridor. She was pleasantly surprised and so were we. I ordered a $75 bouquet and was very disappointed when the receipient sent the photo. It had 2 carnations and several daisies and that was it. When I complained they didn't bother to respond. When I was placing the order, the credit card company declined. I immediately called and found they were only declining Whitley. Unteresting

I ordered a fruit basket for my mother in law and when she opened it some of the fruit were bad. I called and spoke with the owner and he did make it right by taking her more fruit. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is I think the basket was rather small for a premium basket and what we paid. Thank you for working with us and providing great customer service.
